Sales Consultant

Part-Time plus Commission

Act as primary customer contact with customers and a local hardware store staff for Hauser Air. Should be an inviting presence who encourages people to come to the booth; Must understand and implement all procedures and processes; Must be fully updated on all HVAC products; Must understand all of Hauser’s procedures (home audit, sales, installation).


  • BASE + commissions position for part time.
  • Represent partner HVAC brands and Hauser Air in a professional manner
  • Build and manage relationships in order to increase sales leads
  • Interact with others in order to books sales leads
  • Secure window shopping customers to be buying customers in the future
  • Learn layout of all major products in store to be able to answer direction questions
  • Explain the Comfort Consultant sales process to others in order to close leads
  • Walk floor during the required times to increase customer interaction
  • Maintain a positive and approachable attitude at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-Time

Salary: $10.00 to $12.00/hour (plus Commission)

Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing assistant to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. You will collaborate and follow direction from our marketing manger. This position will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should b prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm, some nights, weekends and overtime as needed

Salary: $8.00 to $11.00/hour
Reports to: Marketing Coordinator and Owner

Required Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in BS or Masters Degree
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Well organized and ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (Google Adwords, Adobe etc.)
  • Energetic personality
  • Passion for the marketing industry
  • Timely in all work and attendance


  • Attend and manage event marketing campaigns
  • Support marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare promotional actives (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
  • Help organize and distribute marketing materials
  • Help manage and update company CRM
  • Help manage and create company promotional items
