CSR/Office Assistant
Full-time Position
Pay: $12-15/hr based on experience + SPIFF
Reports to: Office Manager/General Manager
Primary job functions: Responsible for handling customer calls, booking service and routing to the appropriate department. as needed To give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Maintain the product literature for the sales staff. Other accounting support as directed by the Office Manager.
Daily Duties:
- Answer all incoming calls and route to the appropriate person
- Book VIP appointments via incoming and outgoing calls
- Check messages first thing each morning and route appropriately
- Take messages and page personnel as necessitated
- Schedule service calls as directed (see Service coordinator for clarification)
- Complete appropriate and required service information, inform customer of approximate scheduled time (2 hour window)
- Complete schedule accordingly
- Point person for incoming calls and leads from Home Depot
- Prepare and file all permits
- Maintain product literature inventory
- Order office supplies and maintain / control supply inventory per budget
- Update service database from each service ticket
- Other duties as assigned
Performance Indicators
Certain key business indicators that will measure the effectiveness of the Office Assistant. These include the following:
- Promptness and friendliness of answering calls and the walk-in customers
- Promptness of retrieving and responding to messages
- Accuracy of information entered into software
- Efficiency level with respect to preparing letters, marketing pieces, and spreadsheets
- Communication skills
- Number of times product literature is out of stock
- Registration accuracy and timeliness
Sales Consultant
Part-Time plus Commission
Act as primary customer contact with customers and a local hardware store staff for Hauser Air. Should be an inviting presence who encourages people to come to the booth; Must understand and implement all procedures and processes; Must be fully updated on all HVAC products; Must understand all of Hauser’s procedures (home audit, sales, installation).
Details:
- BASE + commissions position for part time.
- Represent partner HVAC brands and Hauser Air in a professional manner
- Build and manage relationships in order to increase sales leads
- Interact with others in order to books sales leads
- Secure window shopping customers to be buying customers in the future
- Learn layout of all major products in store to be able to answer direction questions
- Explain the Comfort Consultant sales process to others in order to close leads
- Walk floor during the required times to increase customer interaction

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing assistant to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. You will collaborate and follow direction from our marketing manger.
