Dear Hauser Heating & Air,

It’s the middle of January and we just went through one of the most bone-chilling weeks on record. A year ago I would have awaken on a morning like this with an ice-cold nose. My 20 year old furnace was the best of its kind at the time of its installation, but now with my new hybrid system – the air temperature is consistently balanced and more cozy throughout the entire house – even in those “hard to reach” rooms. Although your representative had promised this superior comfort, I was still skeptical. Now after just four months under this competitively priced and professionally installed system, I am a believer. It’s great to be able to work comfortably in my home office or just snuggle on the couch without having to “bundle up”.

Incidentally, our furnace is located in a closet just off from where my wife’s office is downstairs. With the superior quiet technology of the variable speed blower, we can now actually have a pleasant conversation without having to out-shout the furnace. My only complaint is that it’s almost too quiet. I now find myself now hearing sounds inside and outside the house that I couldn’t hear before – including my neighbor’s noisy heat pump. Thanks again for the professional service you have extended to me over the past twenty years. By subscribing to semi-annual precision tune-ups under the Blue Energy Savings Agreement I was able to maintain and keep my original equipment for twenty long years. When other people were replacing or repairing their equipment, mine was operating just fine. With my new hybrid system maintained under the same Blue Energy plan, I look forward to another decade or two of worry free comfort and energy savings.
