*Terms and Conditions: To qualify for Assurance plan the equipment must be 10 years old or less. The following repairs DO NOT qualify for assurance plan customers: compressor replacement, evaporator coil replacement, leak repair, any components located inside the closed refrigeration circuit, heat exchanger or condenser coil replacement. Geothermal, water heaters and boilers not eligible under assurance plan. VIP plan is designed to keep your system running in accordance with manufacturer specifications. It does not cover acts of God (i.e. lightning strike, water damage etc.…) New members must pay half of the first repair and the first monthly installment before VIP plan is instated. Customer must continue VIP membership for a minimum of twelve months, or the remaining balance of first repair will be charged in full to the customer. All repairs (excluding above listed) after the initial repair will be covered in full after the first payment is applied and the customer’s account is verified. All monthly payments will be due in full until the yearly plan cost has been met, at which point contract can be canceled. If payment is not received on the designated date each month an administration fee of $25.00 will be applied for every 30 days the payment is past due and will be applied to the total amount due.
